CHL Suspends Missouri's David Pszenyczny
November 16, 2013 - Central Hockey League (CHL) News Release
GLENDALE, AZ (November 16, 2013) - The Central Hockey League (CHL) announced today that Missouri Mavericks defenseman David Pszenyczny has been suspended three games (3) as a result of his actions in Friday's game in Rapid City.
Pszenyczny's suspension is a result of a hit to the head of a Rush player that occurred midway through the second period. Pszenyczny was issued a two minute roughing penalty on the play. After review, it was determined that the penalized player made unnecessary and avoidable contact with his opponents head.
Pszenyczny will miss Missouri's next three games; November 16 at Rapid City, November 19 at Denver and November 22 versus St. Charles.
