Chicago Throwbacks News Release
Chicago, IL. Tim Grover, Michael Jordan's personal trainer, has just opened a brand new 60,000 square foot arena in Chicago and has invited the ABA Chicago Throwbacks to hold a Special Tryout Camp on Saturday, October 6th from 12-6pm. The tryout will be held at Attack Athletics, 2641 W. Harrison in Chicago, IL 60612. According to George Bellevue, "We are honored to be a part of the inauguration of this great new facility in Chicago; it is much needed, and we wish Tim well with this venture. We are still looking for some outstanding talent and hope that the best available players in Chicagoland (and elsewhere) will attend. It will be a great tryout camp." Note: OurSports Central no longer actively covers the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a professional league due in part to its inability to publish and play a schedule and the transitory nature of many of its teams.
