CHICAGO, May 3, 2012 - The Chicago Sky announced today that forward Lykendra Johnson has been waived from the team. The roster now stands at 15 players.
Johnson, a product of Michigan State University and Trinity High School, signed with the Sky as a free agent on April 25, 2012.
Chicago starts the 2012 regular season in Washington versus the Mystics on Saturday, May 19. The team's home opener is set for Friday, May 25 at 7:30 p.m. at Allstate Arena versus the Indiana Fever.
