Carver Financial's 25th Annual Food Drive at Classic Park a Success

(Eastlake, OH) - The Lake County Captains, the class A affiliate of the Cleveland Indians and Randy Carver of Carver Financial Services, Inc. are pleased to announce that the 25th annual food drive and client appreciation event that was held at Classic Park in Eastlake on Saturday August 18 was a rousing success.
As in the past, those attending were asked to donate non-perishable food items to benefit the less fortunate in Lake County and they did! The 1,400 attendees donated approximately 800 lbs. of food which is roughly 3,200 meals in the largest single food drive ever for Lake County!
The Lake County Salvation Army services more than 1,500 needy families per week and the food will help support this worthwhile effort.
