Canes Chatter: September 6th, 2016 PROMOTIONS/EVENTS September 9th at Home: The Hurricanes will welcome the Swift Current Broncos at the ENMAX Centre on Friday, September 9th at 7:00pm. Tickets are available for purchase through Lethbridge Minor Hockey or at the door for $10.00. Charity Ball Hockey Game: The Lethbridge Hurricanes will be taking part in a Charity Ball Hockey Game against the Prairie Baseball Academy and Lethbridge Bulls on Tuesday, September 6th at Exhibition Park. The game will take place at 6:00pm. Doors will open at 5:00pm with an autograph session with the players at 5:15pm. Tickets are available for $15 ($12 for Season Ticket holders, if purchased in advance) while kids 5-and-unders are FREE. All proceeds will be going to the Alzheimer's Society. Season Ticket Pick Up: The Lethbridge Hurricanes will be holding their annual Season Ticket Pick Up on Wednesday, September 7th . It will take place on the ENMAX Centre concourse from 4:00pm until 7:00pm. Individual Game Tickets On Sale: Individual game tickets for the 2016-2017 regular season will go on sale on Thursday, September 8th at 10:00am. They can be purchased by visiting the ENMAX Centre Ticket Centre, online or by calling 403-329-SEAT. 2016-17 Season Tickets: 2016-2017 Season Tickets are still available for purchase. There are still great seats available - reserve your seat today by calling 403-329-SEAT (7328) or by visiting the ENMAX Centre Ticket Centre. All current and new Season Ticket Holders will be eligible for the Hurricanes 30 Days of Giveaways. THE WEEK THAT WAS Friday, September 2nd - 7-5 Loss vs. Medicine Hat (in Coaldale): The Hurricanes began the 2016 ENMAX Pre-Season on Friday night with a 7-5 loss to the Tigers at the Coaldale Arena. Jordy Bellerive scored twice in the loss while Brett Davis and Nolan Jones each had two points. Saturday, September 3rd - 4-3 WIN @ Medicine Hat (in Taber): The Hurricanes bounced back with a 4-3 win over the Tigers the night after dropping a 7-5 decision to them. The 'Canes received a two goal performance from Tyler Wong while Brandon Kegler made 38 saves.

THIS WEEK'S GAME SCHEDULE Friday, September 9th, 7:00pm vs. Swift Current Broncos (at ENMAX Centre): The Hurricanes continue the ENMAX Pre-Season on Friday night when they welcome the Swift Current Broncos at the ENMAX Centre. Saturday, September 10th, 7:00pm @ Swift Current Broncos: The Hurricanes play the second of a back- to-back on Saturday night as they travel to Swift Current to take on the Broncos. As part of the celebrations, the Hurricanes will be conducting the 30 Days of Giveaways, Top 30 Moments and Top 30 Players in the franchise's history.
