Canadiens Recall Ryan White From Bulldogs

MONTREAL, QC - Montreal Canadiens General Manager Bob Gainey announced today that forward Ryan White has been recalled to Montreal from the Hamilton Bulldogs.
White, 21, played in 13 games with the Canadiens earning two assists and 11 penalty minutes before being assigned to the Bulldogs on Saturday, December 5th. The Brandon, Manitoba native played in 12 games with the 'Dogs this year earning seven points (three goals, four assists) along with 29 penalty minutes. The 6-foot, 193-pound centre completed his first professional season last year with Hamilton playing in all 80 games and earning 29 points (11 goals, 18 assists) and 68 penalty minutes. White was drafted by the Canadiens in the 3rd round, 66th overall in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft.
The Bulldogs host the Abbotsford Heat on Wednesday, December 9th at 7:30 p.m. at Copps Coliseum.
