Barrie, ON- The Barrie Colts are proud to announce today that forward Bryan Cameron has been named the Ontario Hockey League Player of the Week for the week ending March 21st.
Through three games in Barrie's first round playoff series, Cameron has racked up five goals and three assists for eight points to lead the league in scoring.
The 5'11" winger collected three goals and two assists in Barrie's 6-2 win over the Wolves in game three Sunday night, leaving Barrie one win away from a first round sweep.
The overage Brampton native has scored in all three playoff games, after leading the league in the regular season with 53 goals in 62 games played.
Cameron and the Colts will try to advance to the second round by sweeping the Wolves in Sudbury on Wednesday night.
