Camden, NJ - The Camden Riversharks (16-23, 50-58) defeated the Somerset Patriots (20-22, 55-57) 3-2 in 10 innings to earn a split in this four game midweek series. First baseman Brian Burgamy smacked a walk-off RBI single to center field to give Camden the victory.

The Riversharks scored in the bottom of the first inning as Burgamy sliced a RBI double down the left field line to give the Riversharks and early 1-0 lead.

The Patriots tied the contest at 1-1 in the top of the third inning on right fielder Colin Curtis' RBI sacrifice fly.

Somerset took a 2-1 lead in the top of the seventh inning on a wild pitch by reliever Josh Walter that plated left fielder Johnny Drennen.

With two outs and nobody on base in the bottom of the ninth inning the Riversharks strung together back to back to back base hits off closer Andrew Dobies. Right fielder Steven Doetsch's single through the right side of the infield was the hit that tied the game at 2-2.

Burgamy's walk-off hit in the 10th inning was his second walk-off hit in this series. On Tuesday he hit a walk-off home run.

Leo Rosales earned his third win of the season. Dobies suffered his third loss of the year and blew his first save in 11 chances.
