BNI Classic Golf Tournament to Benefit RiverKings

SOUTHAVEN, Miss. - The second annual BNI Mid-South Classic benefitting the RiverKings ReachOut Fund at the Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi will be held on September 26, 2016 at Plantation Golf Club in Olive Branch.

"We are excited to partener with the RiverKings for the second year of the BNI Classic," Tournament Director David Altizer said. "This gives the RiverKings the ability to reach many potential clients and help raise money for a great cause."

This year, all participants for the BNI Mid-South Classic will receive a door prize along with lunch and cold beverages. In addition to the tournament, players will be able to participate in a $35,000 automobile for a Hole-In-One challenge, closest to the pin, Charity Golf Long Drive Champions, Skills Challenge, Hockey Stick Putting Contest, and $100,000 Shootout. Tournament sponsorships begin at $250 and a team of four is $500.

Last year, the golf tournament raised over $5,500 for the RiverKings ReachOut Fund at the Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi, which serves as the non-profit arm of the Mississippi RiverKings hockey team. The ReachOut Fund donated over $20,000 to Mid-South area non profits.

BNI Mid-South is an organization that provides a positive, supportive, and structured environment for the development and exchange of quality business referrals. In 2015, BNI passed millions of referalls that generated billions of dollars for businesses around the country.
