HAGERSTOWN, MD - Hagerstown finished off their third sweep of the BlueClaws this year, knocking off Lakewood 2-1 on Wednesday afternoon at Municipal Stadium to improve to 9-0 against the BlueClaws this year.
Victor Robles' RBI double in the fifth inning broke a 1-1 tie and gave the Suns the lead they would not give up. Then in the fourth inning, the Suns tied the game on a Rhett Wiseman RBI single before Shane Watson induced Ryan Ripken to ground into an inning-ending double play.
Hagerstown took the lead in the sixth inning on an RBI double by Victor Robles off Shane Watson, who came out of the game after allowing just two runs on five hits over six innings of work, but took the loss to fall to 2-2 on the year.
