2017 Promotional Calendar
This season's promotional calendar is about to really heat up. June 10 is the first fireworks show with bobblehead giveaways featuring Bruce Maxwell, Chris Bosio, and Renato Nunez. See the full slate of special events in Beloit with this link.
Six Former Snappers Make Their MLB Debuts
With a little more than the first month of the Big League season in the books, six former Snappers have already gotten the call-up they have been dreaming of. Daniel Robertson, Dylan Covey, Boog Powell, Danny Ortiz, Bobby Wahl, and Chris Bostick have all made their first MLB appearances. Read more here.
Snappers and Midwest League Honor George Spelius
If you have been to Pohlman Field already or have yet to make it out, you will notice that our departed founder, George Spelius, is being honored this season. All Midwest League teams are sporting uniform patches on their sleeves and the Snappers have an outfield banner with his initials "GHS" on the left field wall. Read all the details with this link.
Doubleheaders on tap for May 15 & May 17
The Snappers had a pair of games rained out at Kane County at the end of April and are being made up in Beloit. Due to the half-seasons the Midwest League schedule follows, the Snappers would not visit Kane County again until the second half. Get the full scoop here.
