Erie, Pennsylvania, Thursday, November 1 - The Erie BayHawks have dealt center Chris Daniels to the Santa Cruz Warriors in exchange for a third round pick (37th overall) in Friday's NBA Development League Draft.
Daniels (7-0, 265) played in 14 games for the BayHawks, scoring 16.8 points and grabbing 8.6 rebounds per game last season prior to his departure to play in South Korea. He was selected by Erie in the first round of last year's draft with the ninth overall pick.
The draft choice acquired from Santa Cruz was originally traded to the Warriors from the Reno Bighorns last season.
Erie's regular season opener will take place on Friday, November 23 in Fort Wayne, Indiana as the BayHawks square off against the Fort Wayne Mad Ants.
