B-Sens Announce Roster Moves

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced today that forward Darren Kramer has been reassigned by the club's National Hockey League affiliate Ottawa Senators from Binghamton to the Elmira Jackals of the ECHL.

Kramer, 21, has skated in eight games with the Jackals where he recorded five points (three goals, two assists) and added 31 penalty minutes.

The 6-1, 199-pound forward has appeared in one game with the B-Sens this season. He made his professional debut on Oct. 21 as the B-Sens defeated the Bears 2-1 at Hershey. Kramer recorded no points, but amassed five penalty minutes.

The Binghamton Senators also announced today that defenseman Daniel New has been returned on loan to the Elmira Jackals.

New, 23, has recorded nine points (one goal, eight assists) and is a plus-two through 17 games with the Jackals so far this season.

The 6-1, 190-pound defenseman was recalled from his loan to Elmira by Binghamton on Dec. 26 but did not appear in any games.

The B-Sens host the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins this Friday, Jan. 4 at 7:05 p.m. Tickets are $19 for side seating and $18 for end seating.
