Attack Wrap-Up 2010 OHL Draft

May 1, 2010 - Ontario Hockey League (OHL)
Owen Sound Attack News Release

he Owen Sound Attack wrapped up the 2010 OHL Priority Selection much the same way they started; focusing on size and skill. With their 9th round selection, the Attack went big and selected 6'02, 180lb Matthew Bragagnola. If that name sounds familiar to some, Matthew's father Mark was a linebacker in the Canadian Football League. Bragagnola notched 18 goals in 42 games with the Barrie Colts Minor Midget AAA organization last season.

With their 10th round selection, the Attack selected defenseman Michael Graham of the Toronto Marlboro's. The smooth skating defenseman finished last year's campaign with 17 points in 47 games played.

The Attack used their 11th round pick to select Joey Borsa of the York Simcoe Express Minor Midgets. Borsa, a 5'09, 180lb forward notched 37 points despite being limited to only 38 games.

The Attack used their 13th round selection to go deep into the United States to find Dylan Gatz of the Space Coast Jr. Hurricanes. The 5'11, 180 lb defenseman's stats were not available.

The Attack wish to thank everyone who came out to the Draft Day party at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre.
