Armor Deem Final Homestand Fan Appreciation Week

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - To show our admiration and appreciation toward our loyal and outstanding fan base, the Springfield Armor, presented by MGM Springfield, will dedicate the final three games of the regular season home schedule to thanking the fans for their continued support of the organization and its mission.
Throughout the week, fans that attend the final three regular season home games will have the chance to own game-worn Armor memorabilia from players past and present. Several raffles through the March 17 and March 20 games will take place, culminating with an auction and raffle on March 21. All three events will include game-worn/issued and autographed Armor memorabilia as well as other great prizes! The first two games of the homestand will also feature a variety of contests and promotions to earn or win tickets to the regular season finale on March 21 which will be Fan Appreciation Night, presented by MGM Springfield.
The first 1,000 fans through the doors on March 21 will be presented with an Armor rally towel, presented by MGM Springfield, to help create the best atmosphere of the season. The Armor will recognize its fans in a variety of ways on the MassMutual Center video board including a "thank you" message from the players as well as a special tribute to the perfect attending season ticket holders. Head coach Doug Overton will make a pregame speech to thank the community personally, while the players will greet fans sitting courtside to cap off the festivities prior to the opening tip.
The promotions will not stop with the game action as the Armor will hold a "Best Dressed Armor Fan" contest so get your Armor gear together to officially earn the title of "Best Dressed Armor Fan" for an entire season!
The Armor will also recognize their dance team for the squad's final performance of the 2013-14 regular season. A dedicated group of young women performing at all 24 regular season home games, the Armorettes will be honored on the court for their outstanding dedication and work ethic.
There will be plenty of great prizes and giveaways over the course of the night beginning with entry to the arena, continuing throughout the game and also upon the fans' exit for the final time through the MassMutual Center doors during the 2013-14 regular season so get your tickets today! All three games during Fan Appreciation Week (March 17, 20 & 21) will tip-off at 7:00 p.m. inside the MassMutual Center.
Springfield will begin a four-game road trip on Saturday, March 8 with a 1:00 p.m. tip-off against the Canton Charge in Ohio. After the four-game road swing, the Armor will return home to kick off Fan Appreciation Week on March 17 with a 7:00 p.m. tip against the Erie BayHawks.
