Americans Prepare For Three Game Weekend

Kennewick, WA – The Tri-City Americans today are preparing for a big three-games-in-three-nights weekend as they face U.S. Division rivals Seattle Thunderbirds twice and the Portland Winter Hawks.

The Americans host the Seattle Thunderbirds Friday, October 22nd on Tri-City Herald Family Night presented by KFFX Fox 11 and HAPO Community Credit Union. Four fans can attend the game for just $44 with a coupon from this FridayÂ’s Herald. Game time is 7:05 pm. Catch all the action on News Talk 870 beginning at 6:45 pm with the Farmers Insurance Warm Up Show. On Sunday, the clubs will switch venues as Americans travel to KeyArena. Game time is 5:05 pm. Airtime for the Farmers Insurance Warm Up Show is 4:50 pm on News Talk 870 KFLD.

Saturday, October 23rd the Portland Winter Hawks make their first visit this season to the Coliseum. Every Saturday is Clear Channel Radio Rock the Rink Night presented by McCurley Integrity Dealerships and Tri-Cities Motor Sales at the Pasco Autoplex. Each Saturday during the regular season, three lucky fans get a chance to participate in a puck shoot. The winner each Saturday will qualify for a chance to win a new car on Saturday, March 19th. All youth (3-17) and students (with current valid ASB cards) will be admitted for just $9.

All fans are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to each Saturday night game during October as McCurley and Tri-Cities Motor Sales hold their annual Octoberfest Food Drive. Food donation barrels will be located at the front of the Coliseum with all donations being given to the Tri-Cities Area Food Banks, Salvation Army, Union Gospel Mission, St. Vincent De Paul and Golden Age Food Source.

Game time is 7:05 pm. Airtime for the Farmers Insurance Warm Up Show is 6:45 pm on News Talk 870.

Single game tickets are on sale daily from 9 am until 6 pm and up through game time on game days at the Three Rivers Coliseum box office, all Tickets West outlets including Red Lion Hotels. Fans can order tickets by phone on game day by calling 1.800.325 SEAT or visit www.ticketswest.com.
