American Hockey League Announces Suspensions

October 16, 2017 - American Hockey League (AHL) News Release


SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - The American Hockey League today announced the following suspensions:

Binghamton Devils forward Brandon Baddock has been suspended for one (1) game as a consequence of a high-sticking incident in a game at Laval on Oct. 13.

Baddock was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline). He will miss Binghamton's game Friday (Oct. 20) at Syracuse.

Belleville Senators forwards Mike Blunden, Max McCormick and Vincent Dunn have each been suspended for one (1) game as a consequence of their actions in a game at Syracuse on Oct. 13.

Blunden was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 21.1 after being assessed a match penalty. He missed Belleville's game on Oct. 14 at Hershey and is now eligible to return to the lineup.

McCormick and Dunn were suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline). They will both miss Belleville's game Friday (Oct. 20) at Hartford.
