Allen Americans Fans Follow the Team Everywhere

Allen, Texas - The Allen Americans just completed their longest road trip of the season on Tuesday night, wrapping a seven game trip that took them to 5 different cities in 10 days, but they were not without supporters.
A bus trip coordinated by Allen Americans sponsor, The Other Side Landscaping Company, took a busload of just under 40 Americans fans to see the Americans take on the Wichita Thunder on Saturday, February 9th in Wichita, Kansas. From there, the team headed to Tulsa, Oklahoma, for a two-game set and again there were several fans who made the 4-hour drive north.
"It was exciting to see our fans on the road," said Mike Holum Owner of The Other Side Landscaping Inc. "My wife Deb and I really enjoyed visiting with our fans who all had great stories from the road, as well as showing their passion for the hockey team they love."
The Govea family made the trip to Missouri to see the Americans play the Missouri Mavericks on Saturday, February 16th. And then as Americans fans so often do, decided one game was not enough and followed the team to Wichita, Kansas, the next day to see their beloved Americans take on the Thunder on Hockey Day Across America.
Roger Holmes of Plano, Texas, a loyal Americans Season Ticket Holder and fan of minor league hockey, attended the Americans game in Wichita on Sunday, February 17th and won his Americans playoff tickets free of charge, compliments of The Other Side Landscaping Company. Holmes joined Americans Broadcaster Tommy Daniels in the radio booth during the second intermission, and at the end of the interview Daniels informed Holmes his playoff tickets will be taken care of.
Allen Americans fans still have an opportunity to see the Americans take on the Rapid City Rush on March 8th in Rapid City, South Dakota, compliments of "The Other Side Landscaping Fly Away with the Americans" by registering at the Americans Fan club table this Friday night.
The Allen Americans next home game is this Friday, February 22nd at 7:05 pm against the Wichita Thunder at Allen Event Center. Don't miss 80's night this Friday!
