Albany Herald to Sponsor Wildcats May 14 Game

ALBANY,GA- The South Georgia Wildcats are proud to announce that The Albany Herald will be the game sponsor for the Wildcats game on Saturday, May 14, against division foe the Arkansas Twisters.
The Wildcats will return to the Albany Civic Center this Saturday after winning their first game of the season, 69-49 against the Birmingham Steeldogs. Kickoff against the Twisters is set for 7:30 p.m.
As a game sponsor, The Albany Herald will have their employees and employees family members involved in the pre-game ceremonies. Presenting the first ball will be Zach Beasley; Zach is the son of Rashelle Beasley, The Albany Heralds retail team leader. Participating in the coin toss is Alice Harrell, circulation customer service representative and Valerie Benton, reporter for The Albany Herald.

The Wildcats are entering their fourth season in arenafootball2 and the first in Albany, Georgia.
