On Tuesday, 2008 AHL All-Star Joakim Lindstrom netted an overtime goal to lift Syracuse past Lake Erie, 2-1... 2008 AHL All-Star Joey Tenute scored twice and David LeNeveu made 28 saves as San Antonio downed Peoria, 4-1... In Monday's action, 2008 AHL All-Star Jeff Tambellini netted his league-leading 25th goal of the season in Bridgeport's 2-1 win at Portland... Iowa scored three times in the third period to defeat Rochester, 4-2.

LOOKING AHEAD:

An intra-state battle is on tap on Wednesday as Peoria makes its first-ever visit to the Rockford MetroCentre to take on the IceHogs... The West Division rivals have met three times in Peoria, with Rockford posting a 2-0-1-0 record... The IceHogs come in with a season-high six-game winning streak and sit atop the Western Conference with 64 points (28-9-3-5), while the Rivermen have won nine of their last 11 contests overall and 10 of 11 on the road... 2008 AHL All-Star Martin St. Pierre ranks second in the league with 59 points (15-44-59) and is riding a six-game scoring streak (2-11-13)... Troy Brouwer continues to lead the AHL with 14 power-play goals... Goaltender Corey Crawford has gotten the decision in 25 of Rockford's last 26 games (17-4-4, 2.06, .933)... Charles Linglet has a team-high 16 goals and 40 points for the Rivermen... Jeff Woywitka's five-game scoring streak ended in Tuesday's loss to San Antonio.

Worcester visits Manchester on Wednesday in a battle of teams currently on the outside of the playoff picture looking in... The Sharks are 3-1-1-1 against the Monarchs this season and have won all three trips to the Verizon Wireless Arena... Worcester is in a stretch of playing 11 of 12 games on the road before finishing with 19 of 29 at home... 2008 AHL All-Star Mike Iggulden, who leads the Sharks in goals (17) and points (22), is scoreless in consecutive games for just the second time all season... Tom Cavanagh has found the scoresheet in six of his last seven outings (3-3-6) for Worcester, and scored the overtime goal in Monday's win at Springfield... Graham Mink has a team-high six points (2-4-6) in five games against Manchester... The Monarchs, who are three points out of fourth place in the Atlantic, remain without AHL leading rookie scorer Teddy Purcell, on NHL recall to Los Angeles... 2008 AHL All-Star Gabe Gauthier has scored four of his 13 goals this season against Worcester (4-2-6)... Brian Boyle leads AHL rookies with 19 goals and ranks second with 38 points.

Second place in the North Division is on the line when Syracuse visits Manitoba in Thursday's only AHL action... The Crunch have taken a pair of wins over the Moose in Syracuse this season... Joakim Lindstrom leads Syracuse with 18 goals, 26 assists and 44 points, and he has 29 points in his last 15 AHL games (11-18-29)... Lindstrom had two goals and two assists in a 6-4 win over Manitoba on Nov. 23... Adam Pineault has a four-game scoring streak (2-3-5) for Syracuse and ranks third on the team with 31 points overall (12-19-31)... The Crunch have the AHL's third-best power play at 20.8 percent and are 5-for-10 in two games against Manitoba... Former Syracuse forward Brad Moran paces the Moose offense with 29 points (9-20-29), including a point in four of his last five games (1-4-5)... Manitoba has lost six in a row overall, all to West Division opponents, but is 10-3-1-0 at home against the North this season.
