Rob Schremp had two goals and an assist in Wednesday's 3-2 win over Binghamton... The Penguins are 5-3-0-1 since Feb. 9, with all five wins coming against the Senators... Jeff Tambellini has 22 goals and 22 assists in 41 games for the Sound Tigers this season.
Worcester hosts Providence on Friday night in the ninth meeting of the season between the New England rivals... The Bruins have won four of the last five get-togethers, most recently a 5-4 overtime decision on a Ben Walter goal on Feb. 9... Walter scored another OT goal two nights later, but has not found the net in seven games since... Jordan Sigalet is 10-2-1 in his last 13 decisions for Providence, which as a team is 17-5-0-1 in its last 23 games... The Sharks have won three straight to remain tied for fourth place in the Atlantic Division entering the weekend... Mike Iggulden has scored a goal in four consecutive games for Worcester (4g, 2a), and joins Graham Mink (3g, 3a) with six points each in that span.
Hamilton enters the weekend still two points out of first place in the North Division as its road trip continues in Milwaukee on Friday and Chicago on Saturday... With Jaroslav Halak still on NHL recall to Montreal, the Bulldogs added former AHL All-Star goaltender Philippe Sauve on loan from the Boston Bruins on Thursday... Andre Benoit scored the only Bulldogs goal in Wednesday's 3-1 loss in Omaha... Pekka Rinne and the Admirals have allowed exactly one goal in each of Milwaukee's last three games...
