Admirals Open the 2009-10 Season Tonight

NORFOLK, Va. - The Norfolk Admirals will open the 2009-10 regular season tonight as they take on the Hershey Bears at Giant Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
The game will be the first of 80 regular season contests for the Admirals, who enter their tenth season as members of the American Hockey League. A complete roster and schedule can be found online at norfolkadmirals.com.
All eighty regular season games will air live on STAR 1310-AM. All games will also be heard online via AHL Live's free streaming audio broadcasts. AHL Live will also carry online video of every Admirals game on a pay-per-view or season pass basis. Fans can log in to watch, listen or get more information about AHL Live's online audio and video features at www.ahllive.com.
The Admirals open the home portion of their season on Friday and Saturday, October 9 and 10, against the Manchester Monarchs. Friday night is Military Appreciation Night with $9 tickets for individuals and $8 tickets for groups with valid ID. For complete details, please visit norfolkadmirals.com.
