Milwaukee Admirals News Release

Milwaukee, WI-Before hitting the ice for the post-season, the Milwaukee Admirals close out their regular season schedule with a pair of games this weekend at the Bradley Center. The playoff-bound Admirals will play host to the Chicago Wolves on Friday night at 7:00 pm in the final game of the Amtrak Series and then finish the season on Sunday evening at 5:00 pm against the Grand Rapids Griffins.

Classic rock legend KC and the Sunshine Band will perform live in a post-game concert on Friday night. Their hit songs, like "That's the Way (I Like It)" and "Get Down Tonight," have become a part of American pop culture, appearing in numerous commercials, video games, and movies. Overall, KC and the Sunshine Band have had five songs reach number one on the Billboard Hot 100. The concert is free to attend with a game ticket.

There are still on-ice passes available to the KC and the Sunshine Band concert. The exclusive on-ice passes allow fans to watch the show from on the ice directly in front of the stage. These passes are $20 each and must be purchased in addition to a game ticket.

In addition, the first 3,500 fans to the game on Friday night will take home a retro Admirals t-shirt, courtesy of Gruber Law Offices and local band "The Toys" will perform in the east atrium before the game and during intermissions.

Sunday's game against Grand Rapids is Fan Appreciation Night. The first 3,000 fans to the game will take home a pair of Admirals/Jockey Boxer shorts and all fans in attendance will be eligible to win fabulous prizes including a Funjet Vacations getaway to the Riviera Maya, gift certificates from Miller Time Pub, Jockey, Chili's, Chipotle Burritos, and much more.

Plus, Sunday's contest is the final Private Bank Family Day, where fans can get four Stern & Bow tickets, four sodas, and four hot dogs for only $40 and then after the game is done they can take a lap around the Bradley Center Ice in the Private Bank Family Skate.

Also, Admirals players Ryan Thang, Scott Ford, and Ben Guite and team President Jon Greenberg will all have their heads shaved on the ice following the game on Sunday to help raise money for the MACC Fund.

Fans have the opportunity to both cut and shave the hair of the participants. For each donation of $20, fans can cut one piece of hair off the participant of their choosing, however there is a limit of 25 cuts per player. When all of the cuts are done one lucky fan for each player will have the opportunity to then shave their head. There will be a silent auction at the DigiCopy Information Table located outside section 225 at each of this weekend's game. The auction will end with five minutes to go in the second intermission at the game on April 11th.

SportClips will provide all of the tools and equipment necessary to complete the head shaving and also to oversee the process and they will also be giving haircuts for just $10 during the game on the platform in section 206. The proceeds from these haircuts benefit the Admirals Power Play Foundation.

Sunday is also the "Battle of the Badges" game at 12:30 at the Bradley Center. The Battle of the Badges pits area Police Officers against area Fire Fighters in an annual game that raises money for the MACC Fund. Tickets are just $16 for adults and $11 for kids and one ticket is good for both the Battle of the Badges contest and the Admirals game. A portion of the proceeds from each ticket sold will be donated to the MACC Fund.

The Admirals will also host their third annual blood drive in conjunction with the Blood Center of Wisconsin on Sunday from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm in the East Atrium of the Bradley Center.
