The Reno Aces pitching staff limited the Isotopes to four hits Wednesday night as they defeated Albuquerque 5-1 at Isotopes Park. Albuquerque has now lost six consecutive contests dating back to last Friday.

Reno starting pitcher Zack Godley held the Isotopes hitless for the first six innings before Raimel Tapia lined a single to right field to lead off the bottom of the seventh.

Albuquerque compiled three more hits on the night all coming in the eighth inning when the Isotopes scored their only run of the contest. Derrik Gibson's RBI single was responsible for his team's lone run.

The Isotopes and Aces continue their four-game series tomorrow night with German Marquez (0-0, 1.69) scheduled to toe the rubber for Albuquerque. Marquez will be opposed by Reno's right-hander Frank Duncan (1-1, 3.55). The game is slated to get underway from Isotopes Park at 6:35 p.m.
