Westchester Knicks Acquire Jarelle Reischel

WHITE PLAINS, NY - The Westchester Knicks, the official NBA Development League affiliate of the New York Knickerbockers, announced today the team has acquired forward Jarelle Reischel from the available player pool.

After finishing his collegiate career at Eastern Kentucky, Reischel (6-7, 210) went undrafted by an NBA franchise and signed with SC Rasta Vechta of the German BBL. The German native appeared in one game for the club before being drafted by the Salt Lake City Stars, the Utah Jazz's affiliate, in the second round of the 2016 NBA Development League Draft. Reischel was waived before the regular season started.

The Westchester Knicks return home to the historic Westchester County Center for the final three games of the 2016-17 season beginning with a 7:00 p.m. ET matchup against the Canton Charge, the Cleveland Cavaliers' affiliate, tomorrow, March 28. The game will be broadcast on MSG Networks and streamed on Facebook Live.
