HUNTSVILLE, Ala.- The Pensacola Ice Flyers (18-15-6) won their sixth straight game by downing the Huntsville Havoc (26-10-3) by a score of 4-1 on Sunday evening inside Propst Arena at the Von Braun Center.

The Havoc struck first when Lou Educate cashed in on a power play with 8:29 remaining in the first period. Ice Flyers captain Corey Banfield had the secondary assist on the goal scored with 9:35 left in the second period.

Aaron Clarke made it 3-1 after he poke checked the puck away from Huntsville's Rob Simpson and then collected it before he ripped a quick shot from the slot just 3:15 into the third. Right after Courchaine headed to the bench for the extra attacker, Evan Moore launched the puck down the ice and into the open net to make it 4-1 Ice Flyers with 1:43 remaining. Gammage had the lone assist on the goal.

Matt Zenzola made 38 saves on Huntsville's 39 shots on goal to improve to 13-7-5 on the season.
