Sounders FC Announces Fan Events in Both Seattle and Toronto Leading up to MLS Cup

SEATTLE, WASH. - Sounders FC today announced a list of events and watch parties scheduled to take place later this week, as the team prepares to play in its first-ever MLS Cup.

TORONTO-AREA FANS

Fans traveling to Toronto for the match can meet at The Loose Moose on Friday, December 9 for a Supporters Rally at 6:30 p.m. ET, hosted by Emerald City Supporters. In addition, fans in Toronto are also encouraged to visit The Office Pub on John Street starting at 6:30 p.m. ET on Friday, which serves as the Sounders FC Preferred Pub Location. The Office Pub is offering $6.50 pints and $15 for two pounds of wings to fans wearing SFC gear on Friday.

On matchday - Saturday, December 10 - fans who still need to claim their official tickets from the lottery drawing may do so in the lobby of the Delta Hotel in Toronto from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. ET.

A pregame tailgate party is then set to take place at The Loose Moose from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. ET. Sounders FC is co-hosting the event alongside ECS, with supporters taking the train from Union Station to the match in force. Continental Tire is providing 200 MLS Cup scarves to fans in attendance at the official tailgate party. Sounders FC supporters will then march to the match from Exhibition Station at 5:45 p.m. ET to arrive at the stadium at 6:00 p.m. ET.

SEATTLE-AREA FANS

Though all fans aren't able to make it to Toronto, there are plenty of ways they can still view the match with other supporters.

Sounders FC pub partners throughout the Puget Sound region have geared up to provide excellent environments for supporters of the Rave Green to come together and enjoy the historic game, with many special food and drink deals for Sounders FC fans on Saturday, December 10. A full list of specials at each location can be found at SoundersFC.com/MLSCup .

Every pub partner is also set up with special Snapchat filters for guests to utilize to spread their Sounders spirit throughout social media.

Fans attending pub partner watch parties also have the opportunity to register for a chance to win a suite for themselves and 20 friends for a Sounders FC home match in 2017. A list of participating pub partners is below.
