10/25/2016 12:04 PM - The New Jersey Devils have reassigned goaltender Ken Appleby and forward Brandon Baddock from the Albany Devils to the Adirondack Thunder.

Appleby, 21, spent 29 games in the 2015-16 season with the Thunder and led the team with a 17-9-1 record, a 2.24 goals against average and a .924 save percentage. The 6-4 netminder played in one AHL game this season with Albany, earning the win with 26 saves on 28 shots in a 3-2 win over Binghamton.

Baddock, 21, skated four seasons with the Edmonton Oil Kings of the WHL, where he netted 103 points (54-49-103) in 255 games played, including 22 goals last season, third most on the team. Baddock was originally a sixth round draft pick of the New Jersey Devils, 161st overall, in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft.
