Hancock Named Huron Tractor Player of the Week

The Owen Sound Attack is announcing that forward Kevin Hancock is the teams Huron Tractor Player of the Week for the week ending Sunday, October 23rd.

Hancock, a 2nd year forward broke out during the second half of the 2015/2016 season and has continued his fine play into the 2016/2017 campaign, including last weekend in back to back games against the Erie Otters.

The Mississauga native tallied a goal in a 4-3 Attack overtime win on Friday night en route to being named the games 3rd star. On Saturday night, the sophomore forward scored his 4th goal of the season in a loss to the Otters, however; Hancock's marker was his 4th in as many games.

The 2014 5th Round selection has vaulted himself into second place on the teams scoring list with 13 points in 12 games and is currently on a 6 games point scoring streak.

Hancock and the Attack will be back in action this Wednesday evening when they host the Guelph Storm at the Bayshore. Game time on Wednesday evening is 7:00pm.
