NEW YORK - The MLS Disciplinary Committee has found Montreal Impact midfielder Hernan Bernardello in violation of the league's policy regarding hands to the face, head or neck of an opponent (VIDEO). Bernardello has been issued an undisclosed fine for his actions in the 61st minute of Montreal's match against Toronto FC on October 16.
