LAST TIME OUT: Victor Cruzado was 2-for-4 with a triple, Maikis De La Cruz homered and the B-Mets slipped past the Altoona Curve, 3-1, Tuesday night at Peoples Natural Gas Field. Tyler Pill (9-10) picked up the win with one run on four hits over six innings in his first start back after a four-game stint in Triple-A. Binghamton's win snapped a four-game losing streak.

BINGHAMTON STARTER: RHP Mickey Jannis will make the start for Binghamton, his second since returning from St. Lucie (High-A). Jannis threw seven innings of one-run ball on Friday against Bowie in his first Double-A start in nearly a month. He took a no-decision in a 3-1 B-Mets loss. Over four appearances and 19.2 innings at High-A, Jannis went 2-1 with a 5.95 ERA .

ALTOONA STARTER: RHP Tyler Eppler takes the mound for the Curve, his third outing against the B-Mets this season. Eppler is 0-1 with a 2.77 ERA over 13 innings in his first two starts opposite Binghamton. He is coming off of a loss in his last time out on Friday against Erie, during which he allowed six runs on a season-high 12 hits over 5.2 innings. Eppler has totaled 149.1 innings this season, the fourth most in the Eastern League.

CRUZADO FOR THREE: Victor Cruzado put the B-Mets ahead for good on Tuesday night with a two-run triple in the sixth, his first three-bagger of the season. It was only Binghamton's second triple in its last 18 games.

ENDING A LONG (BALL) DROUGHT: Maikis De La Cruz belted a solo home run in the third inning on Tuesday, Binghamton's first home run in seven games. It was De La Cruz's first round-tripper since 7/1 and his fourth of the season, one shy of his career-high. The B-Mets have 66 home runs in 2016, the fewest in the Eastern League.

BUSINESS AS USUAL: David Roseboom struck out a pair in a scoreless ninth for his 14th save in 15 tries on Tuesday. Roseboom's 14 saves are the fourth most among Mets minor leaguers and the fifth most in the Eastern League despite not having a save opportunity until 7/3.

MILESTONE: Victor Cruzado tallied two RBI on Tuesday, pushing his season-long total to 51, a new career-high. Cruzado eclipsed his previous high of 50, set in 2014 with Savannah (Low-A).

LEADERBOARD WATCHING: Phillip Evans' went 1-for-4 with a walk on Tuesday and is now hitting .328. He is 25 plate appearances shy of qualifying for the league leaderboard, and his average would be second to only Portland's Anuery Tavarez (.330). Evans needs to average 4.16 plate appearances per game in Binghamton's final 6 in order to qualify for the batting title.

IN A PINCH: Binghamton pinch-hitters went 2-for-2 on Tuesday, as Jayce Boyd and Stefan Sabol each singled.

NEXT GAME PREVIEW: The B-Mets conclude the road trip and the 2016 road schedule on Thursday. First pitch in Altoona is set for 6:00 PM
