Dynamo Charities to Host Bald Is Beautiful

HOUSTON - The Houston Dynamo and Dynamo Charities will partner with Great Clips to kick off Childhood Cancer Awareness Month on Thursday evening with the club's annual Bald is Beautiful campaign at The Dogwood Bar in Midtown.
The annual event will kick off at 2:30 p.m. with Dynamo players and coaches having their heads shaved by local children battling cancer followed by a celebrity bartending event from 4:00-8:00 p.m.
The Dogwood will graciously donate 20 percent of all proceeds from the day to Dynamo Charities in support of Major League Soccer's Kicking Childhood Cancer campaign benefiting Curing Childhood Cancer Fund and Go 4 the Goal. Both organizations support local Houston families who have children affected by cancer.
