RED DEER, AB - Brent Sutter, General Manager/Head Coach of the Red Deer Rebels Hockey Club, announced today the hiring of Josh Guenther as Athletic Therapist. Guenther comes to the Rebels after working the last three seasons with the Brandon Wheat Kings. Prior to his time with the Wheat Kings, Guenther graduated from the University of Manitoba with a degree in Kinesiology-Athletic Therapy in 2013.
Jordan Aube, the Rebels previous Athletic Therapist, has accepted a job with the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League. He had been with the team for the last three years.
