MISSOULA, MONT. - Five different Osprey players contributed multi-run home runs on Sunday as Missoula (14-21) powered its way past the Ogden Raptors (16-19) by a score of 13-3 from Ogren Park Allegiance Field. The O's belted three two-run homers and a pair of three-run shots en route to earning a split of a four-game series.

Missoula got on the board first in the second inning when Eudy Ramos scampered home on an error by third baseman Jared Walker. The home run barrage began from there, as Yan Sanchez launched his third of the year, a three-run blast, in the fourth before Jacy Cave contributed a two-run homer for his first of the year later in the frame. Missoula led 6-0 after four thanks to the five-run fourth inning.

Two-run homers from Ramos and Kyle Smith extended the lead to 10-2 after six innings, as both players homered for the second straight game. Tanner Hill capped the five-homer game for Missoula in the eighth, launching a three-run shot over the wall in left field for his fourth of the season.

Ramos finished the game 5-for-5 with two doubles, the homer, three runs scored and two RBI. Cave, hitting out of the leadoff spot, went 4-for-5 with three runs scored, the homer and two RBI. The five hits from Ramos set a new single-game high this season for Missoula, and also matched the Missoula record accomplished seven times prior (last: Marcus Wilson, 5-for-7, June 29, 2015 vs. Billings).

While the offense was the story on Sunday, right-hander Pierce Romero was impressive en route to capturing his first win of the year. Romero dealt 5.2 innings, allowing just two runs on seven hits and one walk before turning the ball over to Williams Durruthy. Durruthy went the final 3.1 innings and recorded five strikeouts, allowing just a leadoff homer in the top of the ninth, to record his first save of the year.

Missoula will continue a 10-game home stand on Monday when it opens a three-game series with Idaho Falls at 7:05 p.m.
