Potomac Nationals News Release
Off to the best start in the Carolina League in the second half, the Potomac Nationals (39-34, 5-0) look to remain undefeated as they visit the Myrtle Beach Pelicans (36-34, 3-4) for the first of a four-game series.
The P-Nats will send RHP Whit Mayberry (Debut) to the hill for his 2016 season debut. The righty pitched in the Detroit Tigers' system in 2015. RHP Jeremy Null (2-4, 4.89) is set to start for the Pelicans. Null has made two starts vs. Potomac in 2016 and is 1-0 with a 4.63 ERA vs. the P-Nats.
