INDIANAPOLIS - The Children's Museum of Indianapolis unveiled plans for the Riley Children's Health Sports Legends Experience Wednesday, a cutting-edge attraction set to open in Spring 2018. As part of the new family destination, the Indy Fuel are partnering up with The Children's Museum of Indianapolis to present the Indy Fuel Hockey Experience. Guests will have the opportunity to play hockey on a miniature, artificial surface all while learning about the Fuel and Indiana's hockey history.

"Our goal is to create an immersive outdoor and indoor family health, fitness, and sports experience that will inspire visitors to be active together in a non-competitive way while creating healthy habits that will stay with entire families for a lifetime," said Dr. Jeffrey H. Patchen, President & CEO, The Children's Museum of Indianapolis.

In addition to the team-branded outdoor activity area, the Fuel will be featured in a hockey display within The Sports Legends Pavilion and Plaza presented by the Efroymson Family Fund.
