Winston-Salem Dash News Release

WOODBRIDGE, Va. - Tuesday's scheduled game between the Dash and the Potomac Nationals at Pfitzner Stadium has been postponed due to rain in the Woodbridge, Va., area. This game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, July 23, at 5 p.m. which is during the Dash's second and final series at Potomac this half.

Thus, the Dash (3-2, 31-44) and P-Nats (4-0, 38-34) will finish their rain-shortened series on Wednesday at 12:05 p.m. Winston-Salem will send right-hander Jordan Stephens (3-7, 3.86 ERA) to the mound against Potomac southpaw Matthew Crownover (0-2, 5.85 ERA).

This marks the Dash's third postponement of the season and first since their series opener at Myrtle Beach on May 17.

#YourHomeTeam returns to BB&T Ballpark on Monday for a Fourth of July extravaganza. The Dash and the City of Winston-Salem are teaming up for an afternoon and evening of fun that begins at 4 p.m. and continues through the extended Independence Day Fireworks show after the Dash's 7 p.m. game.
