From the Notes

50 at the Break: With 12 games to play before the All-Star Break, the Sounds have 46 wins with the possibility of getting to 58 going into the break. In the PCL era, Nashville teams have reached 50 or more wins at the break six times. The best record at the break was 57-30 back in 1999. Of all six instances when the team had at least 50 wins at the break, each of those teams were in first place. In 2006 when the team was 48-42, they were also in first place.

Two for the Tie: Since May 1 the Sounds have an overall record of 36-21 in the two-month span. Currently that mark ties the 2007 season's May-June record of 36 wins for third-most wins by the Sounds in the PCL era. With two games remaining in June, the Sounds can tie the team's best two-month span since joining the PCL in 1998. In 2007 the team went 38-18 for their best two-month mark in the PCL era. The top five best two-month spans in the PCL era are: 38-18 from June-July 2007, 37-22 from July-August 2007, 36-22 from May-June 2007, 35-18 from June-July 1999 and 35-19 from May-June 1999.

Back-to-Back Wins: The Sounds have won back-to-back games for the first time since they beat Round Rock June 17 & 18.

Extra at Home: Seven of the eight extra-inning games the Sounds have played in have come at home. They're 4-3 in those games and won the lone extra-inning game on the road (May 25 at Las Vegas)
