Ottawa 8, Rockland 7 (11 innings)

Down to their last strike, the Champions rallied for an 8-7 victory over the Boulders at RCGT Park. With CF Kenny Bryant on third, SS Robert Garza tied the game with an RBI single. On an error, Garza came home to score the winning run. Bryant, Garza, and 2B Albert Cartwright had two hits apiece for the Champions in the win, and Bryant notched his third homer of the year - a first-inning grand slam.

LHP Miles Moeller struck out three in two innings of relief, earning the win.

1B Jared Schlehuber went 2-for-5 with a double and an RBI for Rockland.

New Jersey 8, Quebec 1 (Game One- 7 innings)

A pair of three-run innings pushed the Jackals over the Capitales by an 8-1 final in the opener of Tuesday's twinbill. Already up 6-1 in the sixth inning, the Jackals put the game away thanks to a two-RBI single by 1B Art Charles. Charles had previously notched an RBI single in the first and a solo homer in the fourth. He finished the game 3-for-3 with four RBI. RF Cory Vaughn and C Richard Stock had two hits apiece for the Jackals as well.

RHP Brian Ernst struck out three while allowing one run in six innings to earn the win for New Jersey.

For Quebec, LF Derrick Pyles was 2-for-3.

New Jersey 4, Quebec 3 (Game Two- 7 innings)

The Jackals earned a sweep of their doubleheader against the Capitales thanks to a go-ahead two-run bottom of the fourth in a 4-3 win. Trailing 3-2, SS Eddie Newton laced an RBI double to tie the game. Two batters later, 2B Rylan Sandoval collected an RBI single, and the Jackals held the lead. Sandoval, Newton and 3B Dustin Lawley had two hits apiece for the Jackals.

Veteran LHP Isaac Pavlik struck out six in six innings of work to earn the victory. RHP Fernando Cruz struck out the side in a perfect seventh to pick up the save.

Quebec SS Yurisbal Gracial went 2-for-3 and hit his first home run of the season.

Sussex County 2, Trois-Rivieres 1 (Game Two)

The Miners capped off a sweep of their day/night doubleheader with a narrow 2-1 win over the Aigles. RF Sean Hurley put Sussex County on the board with an RBI double in the bottom of the fifth, but Trois-Rivieres countered with a run in the top of the sixth. The tie was short-lived, as 2B Steve Nyisztor led off the home half of the sixth with a double and scored on CF Jay Austin's RBI single.

Austin had a monster game, going 4-for-4 at the plate. On the mound, RHP Michael Suk struck out seven in seven innings of work to pick up the win. RHP Andres Santiago tossed a scoreless ninth for the save.

For Trois-Rivieres, SS Delvis Morales went 2-for-4.
