PEARL, MS -- RHP Brandon Cunniff has been transferred to Double-A Mississippi from Triple-A Gwinnett.
Cunniff, 27, was 2-2 with a 6.53 ERA in 17 relief appearances for the G-Braves this season. The right-hander spent most of last season with the Atlanta Braves. He posted a record of 2-2 with a 4.63 ERA in 39 outings out of the A-Braves pen. He also appeared in six games at Triple-A Gwinnett last year. The Californian was signed by the Braves as a free agent on June 22, 2013.
The Mississippi roster has 25 active players, 3 disabled.
