Sky Sox Return Home to Host Omaha

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO - The Colorado Springs Sky Sox return to Security Service Field next week for an action-packed four game series against the Omaha Storm Chasers, top minor league affiliate of the Kansas City Royals.
The homestand starts with $2 Tuesday on May 31. Fans can enjoy $2 tickets, parking, and Coors and Coors Light through the seventh inning courtesy of South Colorado Springs Nissan.
When the calendar turns to June on Wednesday, fans will be able to bring their dogs to the 7:05 p.m. game as part of Bark in the Park sponsored by Camp BowWow & Wag N Wash. Fans with dogs can purchase tickets on the grass berm for $5 each and your dog is free. Before the first pitch against the Storm Chasers, High Plains Little Leaguers will get the opportunity to walk around the warning track in a pregame parade.
Thursday features $3 Craft Brews sponsored by RMC. The featured craft brew will be Sierra Nevada Hop Hunter. Also on Thursday, students in Colorado Springs who participated in and completed the Sky Sox Reading Program are invited to the park.
The series concludes on Friday with Friday Night Fireworks set to a Disney Theme sponsored by Noble Energy. The Sky Sox will also be honoring local educators and staff at Friday's game as part of Education Appreciation Day. In addition, Girl Scouts will have the unique opportunity to spend the night on the outfield grass at Security Service Field as part of the annual Girl Scout Sleepover.
