Rogers OHL Championship Series Broadcast Schedule Set

Toronto, ON - The Ontario Hockey League today announced the complete broadcast schedule for the 2016 Rogers OHL Championship Series for the Robertson Cup featuring the London Knights and the Niagara IceDogs.

OHL fans will be able to enjoy the first three games of the series, along with Game 7 if necessary, across the province on Rogers TV Sports+ digital channels 368 (SD) and 369 (HD), and locally on Rogers TV London Cable 13, and CogecoTV Niagara Cable 10. The first three games will include full coverage of post-game press conference featuring the head coach and players from both competing teams. The first three games of the Rogers OHL Championship Series are also available on the OHL Action Pak for Rogers Super Sports Pak subscribers. Check local listings for additional coverage in Rogers and CogecoTV areas.

The rest of Canada will have the opportunity to enjoy the league's top two teams battle in Game's 4, 5, and 6 of the Rogers OHL Championship Series broadcast live on Sportsnet 360.

All games of the Rogers OHL Championship Series are also available online with OHL LIVE for PC, mobile, and tablet devices offering all access subscriptions for $29.99.

The 2016 Rogers OHL Championship Series marks a rematch of the 2012 Final between London and Niagara where the Knights captured the title in a 4-1 series win.

The Robertson Cup is emblematic of the Ontario Hockey League's championship series. The Cup was presented by J. Ross Robertson, who was president of the Ontario Hockey Association from 1901 to 1905. Since its inception, the Robertson Cup has been won by 23 different teams with the Oshawa Generals leading the way with 13 championships including a record seven straight from 1938-44.

The Knights have celebrated three Robertson Cup titles in franchise history including 2005, 2012, and 2013, while the IceDogs are in search of their first OHL Championship.
