More Ways to Celebrate 50 Phillies Seasons in 2016 Season

All season long, the Reading Fightin Phils will be celebrating 50 Phillies Seasons in Reading, the longest affiliation currently in all of baseball. Along with the 50 Phillies Seasons Golden Bobbleheads featuring Baseballtown legends (Pat Burrell, J.P. Crawford, Darren Daulton, Maikel Franco, Cole Hamels, Ryan Howard, Greg Luzinski, Aaron Nola, Jimmy Rollins, Darin Ruf, Mike Schmidt), the Fightins will pay tribute to the historical 50 seasons mark with 13 more giveaways during the 2016 season, making it a grand total of 24 games celebrating those 50 notable seasons.
On Thursday, April 7th, the first 3,500 adults will receive a 50 Greatest Players T-Shirt thanks to Penn State Health St. Joseph and VF Outlet. The tee features the baseball card photos of the 50 greatest players in the 50 seasons with the Phillies in Reading.
On Friday, April 22nd, the first 2,500 adults 15 and over will receive a 50 Phillies Seasons 50 Greatest Players Replica Jersey thanks to Greater Reading Mental Health. Two days later on Sunday, April 24th, Penn State Health St. Joseph will present a 50 Phillies Seasons 50 Greatest Players Replica Jersey to the first 2,000 kids 14 and under.
The 50 Phillies Seasons 50 Greatest Players Jersey will be emblazoned with 50 Greatest Players and nostalgic memories from the past fifty years. The Fightins players will also wear the special 50 Phillies Seasons 50 Greatest Players jerseys at select games. Those game-worn jerseys will then be auctioned and raffled on August 28th following the game vs. the New Hampshire Fisher Cats with proceeds benefitting Baseballtown Charities.
On June 12th, the Fightins will honor fathers with an Early Father's Day 50 Phillies Seasons Richie Ashburn-style Hat giveaway to the first 2,000 men 15 and over by Carpenter Technology Corp. The hat features the gold 50 Phillies Seasons logo on a navy paperboy-style hat made famous by the famed Phillies announcer.

Each of the above games will be on sale now for a special "flash" sale for a limited time only today through tomorrow.
Tickets for the 2016 season, including the March 31st Phillies Futures Game, go on sale Thursday, February 18th.
