International Receiver Nick Moore Returns to BC Lions

(Vancouver) BC Lions Football Club GM and head coach Wally Buono officially announced this morning that international receiver Nick Moore has signed a one-year contract with the Lions.

"Nick is a veteran receiver who fills a need identified by our offensive coaches," said Buono. "He obviously knows our organization and what it is we're trying to achieve here and I believe he's going to be a great fit for our team this season."

Moore returns to the Lions following a two-year stint in Winnipeg with the Blue Bombers where he appeared in 24 games tallying 120 receptions for 1,452 yards and four touchdowns. Prior to his time with the Bombers, he notched his finest season as a pro while with the Lions in 2013 hauling in 73 passes for 1,105 yards and six touchdowns.
