Rylan Toth With Another Shutout; Rebels Win 5-0 In Saskatoon Jan 7th 2016, 05:28, by CHL Network

SASKATOON, SK - The Rebels ran their winning streak to four games with a 5-0 victory Wednesday against the Blades. Rylan Toth made 27 saves to get his 4th shutout of the season, and 5th of his career.

The Rebels opened the scoring in the first period on a power play goal by Ivan Nikolishin.

In the second period, the Rebels had goals by Haydn Fleury and another from Nikolishin, it was 3-0 Red Deer after 2 periods.

In the third period, the Rebels added goals from Adam Helewka and Austin Strand. Helewka's goal was on the power play.

Rylan Toth finished with 27 saves; Brock Hamm made 34 saves in the Blades net.

Red Deer was 2 for 4 on the power play and killed all 5 shorthanded situations.

The Rebels are back at home on Friday when they host the Lethbridge Hurricanes for 7:00PM game at the ENMAX Centrium. The broadcast on 106.7 The Drive begins at 6:30PM.
