Three Players Reassigned from Texas to Idaho

CEDAR PARK, Texas - The Texas Stars, American Hockey League affiliate of the NHL's Dallas Stars, announced Thursday goaltender Maxime Lagace and forwards Gemel Smith and Cole Ully have been reassigned to the team's ECHL affiliate, the Idaho Steelheads.
Lagace (luh-GAH-say), 22, has appeared in eight games this season for Texas with a 4-4-0 record, a 2.91 goals against average and a .905 save percentage. During his time in Idaho this year, the 6-foot-2, 185-pound rookie made six appearances with a 3.24 goals against average and a .891 save percentage.
Smith, 21, has appeared in 20 games this season for Texas with nine points (6-3=9). The 5-foot-11, 200-pound forward was a fourth-round selection of Dallas in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft (104th overall). Smith appeared in 68 AHL games last year for Texas, registering 27 points (10-17=27).
Ully (YOO-lee), 20, is currently in his rookie campaign with five points in 10 games for the Stars this season (1-4=5). The 5-foot-11, 170-pound forward was selected in the fifth round of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft by Dallas (131st overall) and tallied 237 career points in 256 games over a five-year stretch with the Western Hockey League's Kamloops Blazers from 2010-2015 prior to turning pro.
The Stars visit the Milwaukee Admirals on Sunday at 3 p.m. CST.
