As a community owned team, staying active in the community is extremely important to all of us at the Jackals. During November, our team and office staff were able to participate in many unique events and met many of you, our dedicated fans. We hope you enjoyed seeing us around in November, and we hope to see you even more during this coming holiday season. Once again we thank you, our amazing fans and community for your support, we couldn't do it without you!

BullyHill Wine Tasting

The Elmira Jackals and staff met up at BullyHill Vineyards on November 15, for a meet and greet and wine tasting with fans. We had a great time with our fans and with the fun and enthusiastic BullyHill staff.

Celebrate Monday at Gardner Road Elementary School

Blade welcomes Gardner Road students on their way into school on 11/16

Blade surprised students at Gardner Road Elementary School on November 16th for Celebrate Mondays. Celebrate Mondays is a program schools are adopting to create excitement for the school day, and celebrate students accomplishments throughout the school year.

Catch of the Day Program at Diven Elementary School

On November 20, Blade stopped by Diven Elementary School to see his Dolphin friends. Diven Elementary has developed a program, Good Kid Patrol "Catch of the Day." All Good Kid Patrols earned on the "Catch of the Day," have their name put into a net at the main office. Once a month, 10 names are pulled from the net and those students are awarded 4 tickets to a Jackals game. We love rewarding our local youth for making good choices and making their school a better place. Congrats Diven Elementary, keep up the good work!

David Clark Foundation

The Dave Clark Foundation was created to inspire and motivate people with personal and physical limitations, to stay positive and live productive lives.

The Jackals and staff teamed up with the foundation on the 21st to show participants a little bit about hockey and run them through different drills that the players work on throughout the season. It was a fun and exciting morning for everyone present.

Jackals Defenseman Zach Tolkinen congratulates a participant on a job well done.

Arnot Health - Falck Cancer Center Visit

A hand full of Jackals players spent the afternoon at Arnot Health's Falck Cancer Center on November 23rd. Players and patients shared life stories for a few hours, whether it be about hockey, childhood, their hometowns or their education. The players enjoyed their afternoon spending time with patients, getting to know their fans better and even making some friends.
