Bartley, Saros Return to Admirals

Milwaukee, WI-- Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that defenseman Victor Bartley has cleared waivers and been assigned to Milwaukee (AHL). The club also reassigned goaltender Juuse Saros to the Admirals.

In addition, the Admirals have reassigned goalie Brandon Whitney and defenseman Garrett Noonan to the Cincinnati Cyclones.

Saros returns to the Admirals after stopping 20 shots in his NHL debut last Saturday night in the Predators 4-1 loss to Buffalo. Saros is on a personal seven-game winning streak for Admirals, going a perfect 7-0 in November with a 2.00 goals against average and a .932 save percentage. On the season the Forssa, Finland native is 8-2 with a 2.40 GAA and a .919 save % and one shutout.

Bartley comes to the Admirals after spending the past two-plus season with Nashville. He played for Milwaukee from 2011-13 and was an AHL All-Star defenseman for the Ads in 2012-13. In his two years with the Admirals he accumulated 16 goals and 49 assists for 65 points and a +16 rating in 130 games. A veteran of 112 contests with the Predators, the Ottawa, ON native has tallied a goal and 22 assists as well as 55 penalty minutes.

Bartley, Saros and the Admirals finish off a season-long seven-game homestand on Tuesday night when they host the Manitoba Moose at the BMOHBC at 7 pm.
