Fans Encouraged to Arrive Early Sunday at Red Bull Arena

New York Red Bulls News Release
HARRISON, N.J. (November 24, 2015) - Fans attending Sunday's sold-out Eastern Conference Championship are asked to arrive early with increased security measures in place in and around Red Bull Arena. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. between the visiting Columbus Crew and the host New York Red Bulls.
All gates will open two hours prior to kickoff. Fans will have a longer than usual wait to get into Red Bull Arena with the added security measures in place.
Please note a new bag policy is also in effect starting Sunday at Red Bull Arena. In addition, all fans will be subject to search including wanding, pat downs and checks of any small bags that meet the permitted size requirements.
PERMITTED ITEMS
- Clear bags that are 12" x 6" x 12" or less in size (1 per person)
- Small purses/handbags that are 4.5" x 6.5" or less in size (1 per person)
NOT PERMITTED
Any type of non-clear bag larger that 4.5" x 6.5" in size including:
- Purses/Handbags
- Camera Cases
- Fanny Packs
- Binocular Cases
- Diaper Bags
- Computer Bags
- Backpacks
- Briefcases
- Coolers of any kind, thermoses or ice chests
- Seat cushions of any size except those for medical needs
- Baby strollers
Red Bull Arena asks our guests to assist in creating a safe environment for everyone.
- Be respectful and courteous to others
- Consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner
- Refrain from using foul/abusive language
