(Bridgeport, Conn.) - The Bridgeport Bluefish today announced the beginning of their 2016 Birthday Party Invitation Drawing Contest. The Bluefish are searching for a young, aspiring artist to help create a one-of-a-kind Birthday Party Invitation for the 2016 season.
"Bluefish Birthday Parties are a one-of-a-kind celebration," says Bluefish General Manager Jamie Toole. "These parties are for the kids, and this contest will be an opportunity for them to be involved and play an active role in shaping the overall experience."
All participants are encouraged to use their imagination to make a creative drawing that features any aspect of the Bridgeport Bluefish, The Ballpark at Harbor Yard, or Fairfield County's favorite mascot; B.B. the Bluefish. All entries must be submitted by Tuesday, December 15, and participation is limited to fans ages 13 years or younger. The winning entry will receive a Bluefish Prize Pack, as well as a complimentary suite night during a game at The Ballpark at Harbor Yard. The winner will also have their artwork showcased on all of the 2016 Bluefish Birthday Party Invitations.

Also for the 2016 season, the Bluefish are offering memberships to the Big Y Kid's Club, which is open for all kids up to 13-years of age and is absolutely FREE to join.
Membership to this fantastic club includes a ticket to each Bluefish Sunday home game, an official Kid's Club membership card, 10% off all kid's apparel in the team store, 10% discount off the price of our Bluefish Baseball Camps, and access to other exclusive Kid's Club events. In addition, Kid's Club members who book a Birthday Party with the Bluefish will receive a 10% discount and have the unique opportunity to toss out the first pitch of the game.
